I am the same I am certain i'm out as I just started spotting which I always get before AF.

I feel so stupid as I was convinced this was the month again I am never symptom spotting again...

Don't feel stupid lorna we have all been there and although we say we won't do it every month we always do Since getting my af this month I have felt totally deflated and ready to give up, but there's always next month and that's how you have to be about it. I am gonna try my hardest to relax this month as I am sure that being uptight and stressed about the whole ttc thing really doesn't help things.

Anyway, I just wanted to say a big fat CONGRATULATIONS to all you ladies with a BFP this month, I have been away from the forum for a couple of days moping and feeling sorry for myself but now I am back And big to all who got hit by af too. xxxxxx lots of love xxx Feeling very loved up this morning don't know why
