not sure how i will tell everyone

well we not been long back from the hospital and to be honest i'm not sure how i'm going to tell everyone about this you know all my friends and family, i'm not sure how i'll cope for the next few days everything seems a blur atm how did you tell your friends and family?

Im so sorry for your loss, i found out on friday that i have had i missed miscarriage, we had told alot of people, my husband phoned and told most of the family and i just text friends as im not up to speaking to anyone, there are still a few people we havent told.

I found getting OH to do it was best, we hadn't told too many people anyway but we didnt do it right away we waited a few days.

I know as well as all the other ladies that visit this section do know how your feeling and if you need anyone to talk to your more than welcome to pm me.

I was the same as the others telling people was so hard, I couldn't say the words, I sent text's the same as Babydust just telling them what had happened and I wasn't up to talking about it yet and I will call them when I was able to talk

I'm so sorry for your loss My husband and I chose to tell people in various ways: phone, text message, in person, through others, via my weblog and e-mail. It's difficult, but we just had to do it.

So sorry for your loss. We hadn't told alot of people but I had told my 4 closest friends. I rang my mum as a girl needs her mum at these times. Just like Babydust I text my friends saying I couldn't talk but would call when ready. They we're great and sent me loads of supportive texts.

Luckily for me, not that many people knew, just me 4 house mates, 2 mates from home and my parents and brother.. My mum and OH were with me through it all, but i just sent a text to my friends saying i'd lost it and didn't wanna talk, but would be in touch soon.. everyone was so nice, a little too nice
