Not my month :( 23 day cycle

Well AF showed up today and i am even more convinced that i will not be able to conceive naturally. I've had my first appointment at the fertility clinic and i'm booked in for a scan to check for ovarian cysts and i also have to have a laparoscopy because my homeopath is convinced i have endometriosis.
My cycles are now 23 days but i think my overactive thyroid may be the cause. So it's back to the drawing board again... i only want one child - is that too much to ask for?!

I'm on anti thyroid medication which is safe to conceive on but my dodgy thyroid likes to make life awkward and we're still trying to get the dosage right.
If i don't concieve soon i think i will go insane

I know it takes a while to right thyroid problems - we have it in the family (though we have the slow, gaining weight, tired underactive thyroid type - well that's my excuse anyway)
