My poor wee stepmonster isn't well..

On Wednesday night he was sick at his Mum's and she didn't send him to Nursery on Thursday but he wanted to come to us so we picked him up as she said he was better...

He didn't eat much at all a couple of bites of a sandwich on Thursday night... then had some milk and wheatabix on Fri morning and threw it back up into his bowl.... then chucked up the rest all over the carpet...

He was sick again yesterday a few times and not great... Today he can't even keep water down.. he had some bread this morning because he was hungry... thought a good sign... nope less than 5 mins and it all came back up... and so has the water.... now he's been sick and bringing up bright red blood... bless... called NHS direct now waiting for the emergency Doc to call us back...

poor wee soul... he's not well at all.. just worried about dehydration coz he's not even keeping water down... the blood i think could be from all the retching as it happened to me before...

Is it pure blood? Or just streaks of it? If its mainly blood, I would just take him to A and E as hes only a child, that and that he cant keep anything down. It only takes 24 hours to become dehydrated x

Hubby took him alone as we didn't know how long they'd be and didn't want to leave our 5 dogs for an unknown length of time... wish i'd gone now as not heard anything back from him and he's not replying to my texts.. i'm worried sick...

I know they may keep him in as he's not keeping water down to help prevent dehydration... but it's nearly 3 hrs gone by... my nerves are shot and i'm practically in tears here not knowing what's going on... xx

Aww hun, Im sure he will contact asap. Could you find out the number for childrens services at hospital to see if hes been admitted? Or the clinic hes been seen in? Hopefully its just due to delays. Xx
