Im not sure hun, but i wanted to offer a hug.

Maybe it could be worth a go

 I know how you feel. Jacob is exactly the same. He needs constant attention as he just can't seem to amuse himself. It is so tiring some days and I long for his afternoon nap so I can do something for myself! He is just not one of those babies that just chills out on an activity mat or in his bouncer chair. He lasts about 5 minutes and then screams so I have to carry him around with me or play with him. I just feel like I don't get anything done! I am not sure of a solution at all, I just keep trying him on his mat for a couple of minutes more each day in a hope that he will get to enjoy it :wall:

As usual you could be describing Leorah right down to the being sick! I am sure they sick up more when they are teething, it gets me down changing all her lovely outfits all the time

The attention thing is hard, I posted about this recently, I am lucky I have Martin home this week but i know Ian works away in the week doesn't he? You must be exhausted

The recent sunny (though cold) weather has been a saviour for us, Leorah really likes being outdoors even if its lying looking up at the sky though I do have to be in her sight. Our pushchair can be put on to face me but we do have a fold up for when i go to England and she constantly squeals and moans in it because she can't see me.

I know its not recommended but have you tried putting something on the TV? I have cut down a lot but this can be mesmerising for Leorah, I usually put a Baby Einstein on to feel less guilty but sometimes it's the kids channel. You really need to do something to be able to get a bit of a break.

I know where you are at with the teething, I keep doubting it can be her teeth as none have come but with all the dribbling, moaning, biting etc it just has to be. I know its hard but you really have to let the housework go, I have done this as leorah wont nap unles I am there so i have started chilling out and reading while she naps and I tell you what I feel so much better for the metime. I still try and do the basic washing up and stuff but while she's awake, I put her in her high chair watching me and give her some papers to rip or a rice cake to suck on and this usually will give me 10 mins to wash up while I chat to her.

I hope you feel better soon and i will try and think of some more suggestions
