Not happy with purchase on ebay

I got a second hand buggysnuggle for £25, described as being in very good condition. I received it yesterday and the stitching at one of the seams has snagged leaving a hole at the seam.

I can accept that the seller may not have known about this but I am not happy that I have had to pay so much. Can I request a partial refund. And how do I prove it was like this when I opened the package?

Ive not left feedback yet as Im unsure about what to do

Best plan of action is to contact the seller and see what they'll offer. You can ask for a partial refund but personally I'd wait and see what the seller is willing to do first.

If you don't get anywhere with that file an "item significantly not as described" dispute with ebay and PayPal. Ultimately you'll be asked to return the buggysnuggle using a trackable method (recorded/special delivery or courier).
