Not going to leeds festival now

Im just going through a worried stage at the moment, everything just worries me i just cant seem to relax, even got worried when her dad took her to be changed yesterday at the sea side, gotta go back to the docs coz the anxiety is getting really bad

aww dont worry, leeds fest is so over rated! Bulldog bash is better, better bands (in my opinion), kiddies can go and its got bikes too!!

Your the 1st person on a forum iv talked on thats heard of the bulldog bash, for some reason no ones ever heard of it. And when they check out the web site they say it looks pants!!

I started going when i was 13, its ace!

I have heard of bulldog bash, loads of my mates go to it every year, i am yet to go. I had a mate that used to work the stalls there aswell years ago, dont know whether she still does or not.

I am personally more bothered that i am missing Download though.

went the year before last, after a break - I used to go to donnington all the time.

To say I was disapointed is an understatement!

The bands were ace as usual, but its the people there that put me off.

I had my purse stolen out of my tent while I was sitting oputside it (someone lifted up the bottom of the tent from the other side) with about £200 in it, a lad near us was "emo bashed", there were loads of pathetic kids running around going "bash the emos" and one lad got in his tent and they jumped on his tent, he ended up paralized as they broke his back. I was standing right at the back watching some teen goth band or another and this big dufus p*s head slammed into me, then proceeded to call me all the names under the sun for not dancing, his mate joined in putting a lighted lighter in my face and burnt my hair.

The place was full of twats, no offence to anyone who goes but seriously - I know what a rock festival is and that wasnt it!!!!

download and leeds fest i think are just a waste of money, there like 5times the price of bulldog tickets and you never see a band. Theres so many people there its awful! I like that you get to see bands you dont really know at bulldog, and people are so relaxed. Rather than people rushing about and pushing and fighting. cant be doing with that. Granted there is a lot of drugs going round (at all 3 really) but its not like people think. No one forces you to do anything. And bulldog have stripers They made me laugh.

Unfortunately that is the rock/metal scene now days. i would love it if it were the same as it was years ago where everyone had respect for each other, It used to be such a respectful and peaceful "scene", unfortunately the younger generations are making it a mess but at the same time a lot of punks were the same, vandalising things and people just for the hell of it.

I'm not going to let the little barstewards ruin it for me though.
