Not eating!

Zac keeps chewing any finger foods I give him and then spitting it out, why is he doing this? Anyone else experienced this? How can I make him actually eat the food?

He used to be ok with finger foods. He is fine if I spoon feed him, but he wants to fees himself and I want him to learn x

aybe it's just a phase? or he has a sore throat? or any chance he's not really hungry when having his finger foods and just exploring what it's liek to spit them out? Sorry can't be more help hon-Owen isn't spoon fed so it's a bit different for us. I always have to tell myself to chill when he doesn't eat much but of course easier said than done. Hope it gets better xx

I'm hoping it's just a phase, as I'm pretty sure he's hungry, just so strange as he has done all the hard work biting pieces off and chewing them?! X

i reckon it's just a phase? my mum said i was terrible for a good few weeks when spoonfeeding and then one day i was just like "feeeed meeee". im sure it will pass soon!
