Hi ladies, hope everyone's well.

Popped back on as I'm experiencing a first and not sure if it's normal. So as I said on my journal, I was worried about af being due while we were on holiday a couple of weeks ago so I took Norethisterone sporadically through the time we were away, I think I took a total of 8/9 tablets over 10 days instead of the 36. This was because I really didn't want to take them because I've been fairly regular by myself since our last ivf and I didn't want to interfere with it. So I started bleeding on the 28th and bled for about 5 days. But today I've had a very light amount of bleeding again. No cramping at all, it's not painful and I can't recall whether I've had this previously when I've taken norethisterone but I don't think I have because it seems so unusual. Does anyone know if this is normal?

In ttc for nearly 8 years I feel like I'm new to it all over again lol.

X

Hello lovely :-) I took it over Christmas and New Year for the first time while I was away. It was the first time I'd taken it. My AF arrived about 3 days after I stopped it, then I had a 28 day cycle (with spotting). I haven't had any bleeding in between though. I hope it's a good sign xx

Hi Hun, thanks for the reply. I've still bled today with slight cramps every now and then but nothing too intense. Had some quite sharp pains earlier and dull cramps now. I've googled so many times and can't find anything similar to what I'm experiencing which is weird! It's just odd to be bleeding again a week later.

Might be a random af. It's been 2 weeks since I bled after coming off Norethisterone and I'm still bleeding although a lighter kind of af. No cramps though. Maybe it's just messed my cycle up?

Stopped bleeding today so only a 3 day bleed. Will have to wait and see I guess! Have exhausted the Google engine and can't find anything like what I've got other than someone finding out it was implantation bleeding... It's been a while since I've rolled my eyes at that being possible. Lol. I have felt more positive for some reason but as I've said a million times before, I don't like to get my hopes up! Still had the sharp pains low down yesterday as well though. I have no idea if it's even possible.
