Just wondered if anyone knows what time you can make a noise up till in the night. Alls i could find was no DIY or loud music after 11pm. The ice cream van is driving me potty! It's 8.30 every night and i know thats not that late but we live in an area with a lot of houses and youngs kids and the noise echos every where and always wakes my kids up. I hear it coming through the baby moniter too, I just don't see why he needs to play his music that loud and that long when everyone knows what time he comes anyway!
