since delivery 16 weeks ago I never need the toilet I go through a full day without using the toilet and I don't ever feel desperate for the lol. I'll go once in the morning and once at night I just don't know what to do I don't want to damage bladder and my memory isn't that sharp anymore either I easily forget toilet.

any one had this how long did it take to get back to normal and what did u do to help yourself?

and did you have epidural? I think its linked to epidural

It took me quite a long time to get back the urge to go and even now it's not as frequent as it used to be. But twice a day doesn't sound enough so I'd talk to your gp and ask to be referred to postnatal physio. Are you doing your pelvic floors?

I had a epidural and was exactly the same for around 10 weeks !!! I could not sit and wee (lovely info) had to half stand up lol or it just wouldt happen. My boys 7.5 months now and everything is back to normal !! Keep doing ur excercises and if your worries contact ur GP xx

are you breastfeeding? you might just not be drinking enough.

wrt remembering, just go to the loo every time you feed baby or change baby's nappy.

I had an epidural and lost the urge to pee which is v weird as I normally pee for England! It took about a month I think to come back x

I had a feeling its linked to the epidural , I don't remember them mentioning this as a side affect or maybe I don't remember. I don't drink water I think that's what I need to do to get the body going again. Just feels like ages now since I had baby I want my body back
