you're lucky star.... you have boys and if it comes to it you can shave their hair off to get rid of a nasty infestation and no one will think it strange... but little girls with long hair OMG if you get a particular resistant lot you're stoofed

My friends girls kept getting nits at school.

She only sends them with tight french plaits in now. Seems to keep the critters at bay

my daughter keeps bringing them home from school - we're in the middle of de nitting this week

its bloody awful, bring back the nitnurse

and of course now that she's got them again, i have to check my hair all the time and i've got quite long hair - its a pain in the ass

yep i have long thick hair too. and i keep itching so im checking mine every night.

i hate nits, there should be a national campaign for all children to be de-nitted whether the have them or not to wipe them out lol

What happened to the nit nurse? I used to dread her coming to school....
