nightmares and very realistic dreams

I cant believe how realistic they are.. my nightmare have been awful usually about miscarrying like last night i dreamt that i was going for my 12 weeks scan but wanted to do an internal and when i took off my trousers i noticed lots of blood everywhere then looked between my legs and there was just blood but it felt so real and i can always remember every detail and when i wake up im usually in tears from them.. Is anyone else getting them they are awful and seem so real xx

I'm not having nightmares as such but horrendously REAL dreams!!!! Its very strange but it must just be our minds racing/hormones....I hope yours calm down soon as they sound sad x

Yes I get a dream so vivid every now and then, I'm expecting one tonight as scan tomorrow....I had one the other night, I could see the babus foot shape pushing in the side of my belly! Some ar nice dreams, some not so nice....try see it as your pregnancy hormones working away!x
