Anyone else been having night sweats? I wake up 3/4 times a night drenched in sweat and then need to loo. It is really horrible!
I went though a short phase of this in Tri 1 but it went away and the docs didn't really know what caused it - as it had gone I didnt think anything of it.
I have a lightweight duvet and the heating is off druing the night, but for some reason I am super hot and have to get out of bed to cool down.
Any ideas?
