Nice things about today

I've had a great day today so far, so I thought we could all share why today has been good for us...here's my reasons....

-I've sold my old car A man came today and left a deposit, I've been trying to get rid of it for ages and now we have a chunk of money towards Christmas

-I've just won a GREAT Christmas gift for my Stepdad on Ebay...it's a John Wayne Collectors item, very rare (he's a JW fanatic)

-We went pumpkin picking today and it didn't rain.

-Also....my pendants are starting to really sell...I'm taking loads of orders it's all very exciting

Im glad you have had a nice day, my day has been nice because

Im going out in a limo later, its my sisters 21st tomorrow and thats what she wanted.

Went to soft play with both kids and we had a good time

Mainly because it's friday and payday!! Always a good day in my books!

Well... not been a great day but looking on the positive side...

- I received the new maternity trousers I won on ebay & they're fab

- Baby's really starting to wriggle & kick now, and I can't help giggling when it does (everyone I work with now thinks I'm a nutter)

- I got confirmation of my pay rise & it's GOOD - nice boost to my maternity pay too!

- I've taken the day off work and been on here I feel totally refreshed and motivated again

- there's less of half term to come than already been (they've had almost 2 weeks this half term )

- the bank account isn't overdrawn on the last friday of the month (first time in lord knows how long)

- the rain blew in the right direction and cleaned my front door and windows for me.

Been at work and nothing terribly exciting has happened other than:

- Haven't had a single phone call from an angry landlord (Bliss!)

- Bought our new dining table and chairs at lunchtime (gorgeous!!), and OH was so cute when we were choosing - checking that the corners wouldn't be too sharp for when LO becomes a toddler (I actually hadn't even thought about it )

We've had a great day, my brother got married and Jess was a bridesmaid and had a ride in a limo. I think her favorate part was the buffet! Aimee had fun too and ate eveything in site, she even tried to eat a whole chicken leg! She had great fun with the balloons.

I went shopping as Rebecca's nursery is having a halloween party! FFS she is only 8 months old-she will be terrified-the teachers are dressing up as witches and devils, then again she might look at the witch and say "Oh it's only mummy!"

glad you've had a god day urchin!

its been a good day for me coz ive been pampered again. Hubby got my brekkie, lunch and tea. Mum took my three eldest kids shopping leaving me with baby budge to rest.
Ive had a big bunch of flowers and a chocolate cake and a bottle of wine
I could go on and on!!!

i love this lovely after birth period! its so special and unique

We had a Think Pink day in work for Breat Cancer, and raised £250 with a raffle and all wearing pink, it was great!!

I won a pink suede passport cover in the raffle but donated it to my pal who I know really wanted it and is going on hol next week, we wont be jetting off anywhere for a LONG time once LO ere

I have had a crap day too, been to work feel ill, however all worth while when I got in and Katie had a huge smile for me and a cuddle before bed (corney I Know) but cheers me up everytime.

My fave pass time is opening up the wireless connection for all to use, sitting at he window waiting for people to stop their car to use it, then lock them out just as they're getting settled. I like living on a busy street

i love being wireless! Me and OH both have our own laptops (i covered mine in purple and red plastic! hehe) and we have a server set up for OH's work.

We sit next to each other and ask if the other person wants a cup of tea via msn!
