I can't remember if I told you all or not about Arianna a few weeks back hitting redial on our house phone and calling my inlaws - well it lasted 2 1/2hrs (my inlaws just put the phone down thinking they would cut us off but it didnt!!) before we noticed it and the phone bill was huge!!!
Well the nice people at BT are refunding the charge!!
I must admit it did take a lot of begging on my part... but they looked back and saw that when we do international calls it is only for an hour as we have a special rate for that.
