ive just text vicki asking how she is any news etc and got this message b ack:


"I'm in slow labour i am in absolute agony but because i'm only 2cms and my waters havent gone they just sent me home, so no gas and air for me just yet x"


i texted back suggesting a hot bath / hot water bottle and she sent this back:

"Ive been in about ten hot baths during the night helped a bit at first but not working now thast for sure! x"



poor thing eh, anyone get any more ideas i can text her....

Nooooooooooooo no baths, that stopped my contractions altogether even though the midwife told me it would help them along. I'd suggest a long walk, not easy for some but I found it good.

Ahh what a shame, his sounds like my first labour and that was 36 hours from my waters starting to go............... Poor Vicki, my thoughts are with her, lets just hope LO makes an appearence soon and not next year!!
