Aimee is a week old and she has been sneezing a lot. It has been since she was born so it isn't something at home causing it. She was doing it at the hospital as well and the midwife said it was normal but still a bit worried.

Yeah i was told it was normal for baby to sneeze alot due to mucous. Calleigh sneezed alot when she was newborn.
If you are still concerned mention it to the midwife when you see her next :)

chester sneezed alot too, i asked MW as i thgought he had a cold, she said its cus they cant itch there noses like was can so it just builds up and in the end they sneeze xxx

My DS sneezed alot...

He still does sometimes now, usually when its sunny tho!!

leland had like a perminate style cold till he was at least 4 months old ! he was so snotty and sneezed allllll the time !

DD sneezes all the time. It's how they clear their noses and they seem to have a lot of boogers!

It's cute when she sneezes but if I sneeze she looks scared or cries :rotfl: Double standards, I think.

Aimee is the same. I sneezed while feeding her last night and she looked at me with a look of disgust! :rotfl: I covered my nose BTW!

Yep sneezing is their way of getting rid of bogeys! Lush!
Ted sneezes then lets out a long sigh, as if to say 'i needed that'!

And don't you dare to sneeze while LO is feeding as that will ruin the whole feeding session (particularly when they are a bit older and harder to feed as they get distracted so easily) :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Sneezing is very normal. Babies are having a clear out :) Don't worry about it.
