hello! I have joined as it's too early to tell friends so I feel like I want to talk to people about what's happening! I am about 4/5 weeks pregnant for the first time.
I came off the pill in September as I'm 35 and in my second marriage and finally feel ready (ish) for a family of my own. I do have 2 step daughters who are great, but they only visit us every other weekend.
I took a test Christmas eve!! I did two and they were positive...I still can't quite believe it! i told my parents and bro as we spent Christmas day with them and my non wine drinking would have made it obvious anyway!!
I did another test yesterday and it was positive again. my husband thinks I'm mad...
Anyway, hi and I look forward to chatting to everyone.
