Stephanie just to reassure you - a line is a line no matter how faint (but this is quite strong!). It’s only a bit fainter than the control line because it measures HCG (the pg hormone) in your wee and the earlier on in your pg the less there will be. Hcg doubles every couple of days which is why the other ladies are saying to try a digi on Sunday (they are not as sensitive as FRERs but by Sunday you should have enough hcg to show the positive).
As he’s away I’d be tempted to surprise him with a digi! When is/was your period due?

Thanks for that. I do appreciate all the advice like I have said it’s all so surreal just now. But I’ll test again on Sunday and get a digital one. My period was due on Tuesday. But still nothing. Had some cramp pains last night though.

I think that they may be pregnancy symptoms as the two are often alike, I would do another test and then you will feel more confident that you are pregnant! Congratulations Xxx

Thanks everyone. I did tell him and he’s still in shock! Like me is hasn’t fully accepted it yet as it’s all so surreal. Just need to wait and see what happens on Thursday when I go to the doctors. Only in very early stages and already I have super tired and still experiencing some discomfort and cramps. Hope it’s not like this throughout x
