My contract is up for renewal and I am thinking of getting a new phone, any ideas for the latest funkiest phone? I love gadgety stuff my curret phone is a motorola v3 in pink, so it has to be able to compete with that as I love my pink phone!!!

My OH has got a Chocolate LG ...its got touch buttons... took him a while to get used to it, but he loves it. You can get it in silver aswell. Silver ones alot sexier

Urchin just a word or warning be wary with Orange's wireless broadband. They are very dear if you go over the 2mb that's free and charge through the nose. I was going to go for it (we have NTL at the mo) and the Orange offer seemed really good but my hubbie who works in that industry checked it and its it wasn't for us.

I have a Samsung E900 and I think its a bit rubbish. Should be OK if you are left handed though.

The 990i is pretty big and will be compaired to your V3!! I used to have the P800 I think it was and It was large and pretty rubbish compaired to the Orange/Tmobile/O2 own version PDAs (which are all the same phone BTW just with different casing lol)
One of the best phones on the market at the moment is the Sony Ericsson K800i, its a really good camera (3 mp) and has loads of cool features (face warp is hilarious) and its not over large either! Should be free on most contracts.

only thing is it doesnt have great features. I have the E900 which has better features and I dont think its great and only bought it 3 months ago and im moving on already. The touch buttons are too sensitive and take me out of menus and text if I brush over it by accident! But if you like pink, it could be for you lol
Here are the other best phones on the market at the moment tbh (i dont work in the business but I have a thing for mobiles so read reviews and test out most new models in the shops (pretend I wanna buy) and change my phones every few months lol - yes Im a looser)
Oh and if you want a gadget phone (like the 990i) go for the orange M600 - I have the M500 its small enough and is a pocket PC, has loads of games to get on it, has camera, touch screen (can use pen or fingers) has internet, msn messenger and runs on windows - its funky.

Jennywren, little miss phones 4 u *doing the actions!* maybe that p900 thingy would be too bulky, but I am now into the idea o having touch screen, not bothered about music capacity as I have an i pod video but def like things that do things! i am going to look at the one you suggested and let you know what I decide (regret buying!)
