New Joiner... advice please...

Hello all.. I've just joined this site but have been reluctant to do so as I have my third internal scan on Tues and am very scared... The docs noticed a low heart rate on my 2nd internal scan last week and hence I have been asked to go back again on Tues. They can't tell me why or what has caused it but heart issues so early on are determined at conception so nothing i can do about it... I'm really worried as there is every chance I could miscarry so didn't want to join this until then but then I thought someone out there might have been told something similiar to me and everything has been alright?? Estimated delivery would be 6th April - just petrified as this is my first time pregnant and I have never been through any of this before. Chest really sore but no sickness or cramps or anything. Just tired and a lot more hungry (which is very unlike me).. sorry for the long post... also can't figure out how to put my photo up... just praying everything will be OK on tues.. any words of help / advice would be sooo greatly appreciated.

Hey i didnt want to read and run, but im not sure about this.. Hopefully someone will come along soon who will know more. On the photo side of it if u post it on here then scroll down whilst reading this......click on "go advanced" under the text box and there will be an option for attachments. then upload and wait for the pic to be completed before closing the window!

I'm due 6th April too... well as far as i know so far. Will know more at dating scan.
