This is a massive surprise for me to be coming back to this forum but I got my BFP earlier!

I used the forum when I was pregnant in 2013 with my daughter Harper-Rae but was more of a lurker. She'll be 2 on thursday! Where does the time go?!

Anyway I'm still in a bit of shock so I'll leave it short and sweet for now.

I don't have a clue how far along I could be as last af was probably 2 months ago, my periods have never been regular and I came off the evra patch about 3-4 months ago so thought my body was still adjusting. Will the GP send me for an early scan?

I've been having a lot of back and hip pain for the last 4-6 weeks now and been extremely tired but at the time it didn't cross my mind it could be symptoms as I suffer with bad hips anyway! Now it's starting to all make sense.. Lol.

Will call my GP tomorrow and get the ball rolling x

Congratulations! The mw will probably feel your tummy to see where your uterus is and gauge a date from that. I had that recently as am bf so hadn't had a period in three years! They then sent me for a scan guessing when I'd be 12 weeks. It'll depend how it feels. Although I imagine every mw/gp will have their methods. They're pretty tight with scans here as it's so busy in Cov with babies at the moment!

Thank you ladies. Well I managed to see the midwife today due to a cancellation and she reckons I'm about 12 weeks!! Not sure I quite believe I'm that far tho as don't feel 12 weeks pregnant and don't look it either like I did with my daughter. She's hoping to get me in for a scan next week to get a more accurate date. Eeekk. Starting to feel real now xx
