BBC are axing it due to the fact neighbours wants £80,000 to broadcast each episode on BBC

why does stingray die?

i can remember pulling sickies from school so i could watch it snuggled up on my sofa with a cuppa

neighbours is my most favourite!! I have wathed it from almost the beginning, instead of being grounded when my sister and I were naughty my mum would not let us watch neighbours and home and away for a week, it was the ultimate punishment, we always felt so out of the loop at school as we didn't know what had happened when people were talking about it!!

I am going to be devestated if they take it off air, it will not be the same on another channel at another time of the day, and especially not with adverts in the middle
