Negative OPK in fertile week

Hi all. I have been TTC for 9 months now and was using an app to monitor fertile and ovulation days. Last week I decided to buy the Clearblue OPK as my app said I'll be fertile from Monday and ovulating on Saturday (yesterday).
Started the OPK testing on Monday night and have done one each night around the same time
and every one has shown a circle and no happy smiley face 😞 I'm desperate for a little smiling face!! Just to know, if anything, that I'm in full working order!! If I continue to get negatives do I see a GP or just jeep on testing?! Driving me mad now 😞😞😞 xx

Sorry I'm new to this forum.. what is CB?
If you mean what OPK is it, it's the Clearblue one with 10 test sticks xx

Sorry yep clearblue (cb). There's different types of cb opk you can get you see. Was just trying to see if the time of day could've affected things but I think you can test any time on these. Are you making sure you're holding your wee a few hours?

How long is your cycle? Just because your app says when you're due to ov it's not for definite as you probably realise. I'd maybe consider getting some cheap opks (from Amazon etc) so it won't matter money wise how many you go through! But obviously either Way if you are worried I'd see your gp. They will see you after a year of ttc anyway (hopefully you'll Have some luck before then!). Do you get any EWCM (cervical mucus that resembles egg white) xx

Yes followed instructions and held pee for 4 hours each time. Have ordered more sticks to carry on testing. Have had EWCM today ... is this good? I feel clueless ��

Yes it's good! Has it just started today??

You'll usually see EWCM in the few days preceding ovulation. It's to make things a bit easier and friendlier for sperm to get to its destination! So get BDing (baby dancing!). And maybe just persevere with opks for your own peace of mind x
