My sis has just asked for a ham and cheese omlette but i have no idea how to do it HELP lol

Sarah you had me panicking with that title.

Google that and you will get loads of recipes or make your sister make it herself :D

beanie i like my bed and my house i odnt want to be dealing with a fire last time she cooed she managed to cremate it lol

hahahaha sarah you make me laugh had us all worrying with the title lol!!!

2 eggs
milk (not lots) about to the same level as the eggs
abit of pepper
cook and when its starting to cook add the cheese and ham on top then fold it in half and flip it and cook the other side :)

I think? havnt done ommelette in ages...

 I only learnt myself a couple of years ago lol! Can cook a full roast but an omlette was beyond me!

Whisk a couple of eggs per omlette and a dash of milk, put oil in frying pan (not much) then pour in like doing a pancake, sprinkle the ham on and leave to cook for a min, sprinkle cheese on and fold in half and then flip it for a minute and youre done. :)

I always seperate my whites from the yolks and and then whisk the whites like crazy pour in when yolks, milk, cheese go in and then stick under grill I do it that way and you end up with a souffle,yum.....oh i could eat one now....

sarah really you should be able to cook a simple thing like omelette. You're a mother.
why don't you search the net. They do recipes for everything. :)

thank u budge lol
no longer need this post i made it in the end lol but not that nice lol i cant cook to save my life

you cook omelette the same way you do scrambled eggs...only don't stir it like you would to scramble the eggs, just leave it to cook flat.

(you know how to do scrambled eggs, right?) ;)

*giggles*

couple of eggs, bout the same amount of milk, and heat it in a frying pan whilst mixing it all the time...easy peasy :)

when i was 18 i was cooking sunday meals for my dad while my mum was away on holiday and stuff. I left home at 19 and cooked meals for friends etc.
The way i was brought up it would have been a disgrace for me not to have been able to make a simple meal.
What do you cook your little one Sarah? Does your mum cook all your meals ?

i can ook things but this is gonna sound silly i can cook harder things like a roast than simple things like an omelette lol i cook braydons meals and it depends wen i eat if i eat wot B has or wot mum cooks

i had to do sunday dinner once a month when i was 14,i was always encouraged to cook etc and could make a brilliant pineapple upside down cake, bread and butter pudding and pancakes were my speciality just could never figure out why my biscuits always turned out rockhard that stepmum would give them to my baby sister when she was teething

I couldn't cook very well. My mum taught me to make spaghetti bolognase and I helped prepare foods etc but that was it. When she had died we took in turns to cook, I'd cook spag bol, sis would cook sweet and sour chicken and dad would cook this stew thing (bless him, it was minging). Then I would cook spag bol, sis would cook sweet and sour etc etc (hate the stuff now :puke: ) I have just experimented and some of the things I cook my dog will not even touch but others turn out great. Just keep experimenting, and buy a great cook book, they are fab. Failing that google it and you will get loads of recipes that are very easy to follow.

what part of it was rude? :)
About it being a disgrace and about having her mum cook for her.. im not starting just think its an unfair thing to say. If she wasnt taught to cook, then thats her issue and something she needs to learn, not be critisized about.
I didnt know how to do washing when i first had jaycee but my mum helped me out with it and showed me how to do it, everyone thought i was too lazy to do it myself and i know its tough but u just gotta learn! I learnt quickly! Its not hard to learn to cook! Its something she has to do for her kid but i didnt agree with the disgrace comment!
Sorry but i thought it was a bit harsh! :)

you're just trying to twist what i said around :)

Erm..no, just how it came out. If u had said that to me, thats how i would have taken it, and she may have taken it bad too. It was my opinion. Like u have yours. Its not an arguement or whatever just thought it was harsh. :)
