need some sympathy

ok guys i need some sympathy but dont laugh ok, i went to work this morning at 7 then i wasnt really looking where i was going and tripped over and landed flat on my face in front of parents, well i tried to stand up but my arm was killing me in a lot of pain turns out i had fractured my wrist so spend over 8 hrs in a&e. Iv now been plastered up and got a support sling, so now feeling a little down and in pain got pain killers as well

Good its taken me so long to write this now. ouch!!!!!!

i work in a day nursery and i was setting room up with toys and tripped over the cars when i wasnt looking and hit the floor so hard.

OH will kill me for mentioning this but he broke both his arms when he was 14 and had to get people to feed him and wipe his bum
