need middle name to go with Max

surname is smith. also does max sound ok in its own right or should i put maximilian on birth certificate.

I think it sounds OK on it's own.

We might be calling our LO Max if we do He'll probably have his dad's name as a middle name.

We cannot agree on any names at all Max is my favourite though.

Max Smith sounds nice to me on it's own though.

If you are going for a middle name of Lee I think Maximillian Lee works really well. Of course, he'll probably be called Max for short but thats fine

I tend to find two short names together don't roll as well, so like to find a balance in the length of them.
