Need help with an application again

Im so crap at this lol...

On my application form it asks what 'out of work' activities I do and what they say about me??

I hate doing this

I assume they just mean anything you do voluntarily and hobbies. Pick a couple that might be relevant and big up the skills they give you maybe?
