Need help with a hairstyle-high pony tail

Right we are going out to rugby on Sunday with my brother and his new girlfriend.
I want to make a bit of an effort but will need my hair back if its rainy/windy
Im thinking about a ponytail, ive seen people with the front of there hair kind of up maybe back combed or something but i have no idea how to do it

how about, pulling your fringe over your face and holding it with a small band whislt you pull the rest of your hair back into a tight neat pony tail, then get your fringe, at the base puff it up a bit with back combing then gently pull it back over your head, slightly twisting it, then puttin lill grips in to hold it in place, either putting the end (depending how long) by the band holding the ponytail or making a slight feature of it and going to the side with loads sparkly clips. hard to explain!!

Your right hun they are backcombed if it's a quiff look your after, you can achieve it at home but you will need to practise loads, I suggest nipping to your salon and asking how much just to put it up it's often not that dear and if you don't mind a junior stylist doing it even cheaper! It good experience for them and they should be supervised by a senior, plus saves you doing it and possibly having a nightmare ie hot flush, screaming at oh, ripping at hair etc etc
