I have to return to work in 10 weeks and I was hoping to have harry taking a bottle about now, tried last night about half 5 and I have never heard him scream so much he was crying with tears and snot everywhere and kicked and screamed until I breastfed him, hubby tried before me and he did exact same thing, I don't know what is up with him he's normally good

i have a tommee tipppee version which is very similar do you think the beaker would help? i'd love to carry on bf but cant express at work

Yes. Some babies totally bypass bottles

Try different bottles, I think were he is prob a really good sucker by now bottles are too fast for them!! HAve you got any friends with babies that you could try the bottles?? My boy always has been lazy at feeding and when I bf I had a very fast flow and he didnt like the medela ones were they have to work for it!!

Both my friends use the tommee tippee closer to nature ones and he won't even take them I have tried avent, tommee tippee wide neck ones (because they have a smaller teat) maybe it's the formula he doesn't like as he occassionally take a bottle of water

Well made some progress harry has been taking juice out of a beaker and tried him with a different formula and he didn't cry but he drank some of it but looked as though he'd got a nasty taste in his mouth!
