need help here

hi guys i am so upset at the moment and i dont know what to do....i went for my scan today i am suppose to be 9 weeks pg....the problem is that they could not find a heart beat and they could only see a small spot in the sac....nothing at all was seen really and now i am just thinking that i am going to mc again and i just waiting to see what happens....could the baby not of grown and it is just staying there to be stubborn...i just dont know what to think or what to do .,..,they are contacting my doctor to see if he wants to send me for another scan in a couple of weeks or send me to a obstertrician.,..she said she should of been able to see a heart beat and should of been able to see something more than what she seen on the screen ...i just want to cry right now i know something bad is going to happen ,,,..........

oh hun i think there isn't much you can do atm however ask for another scan next week so they can see if the baby has grown so sorry i can't offer much more advise

i just dont know what is happening and that is the worst thing....did the baby stop growing or not grow at all and then if that is the case will they do a d and c again on me.??? i wont be able to handle this again...i have no bleeding or anything and i went to the chemist afterwards and got another digital test with the conception indicator on it and it came up positive and 3+ which is 5+ wks ....i am just so upset i want to scream...now i have to wait for the doctor to see what he wants to do .........

well i just looked on net and it said that i should of got a internal scan done not the belly one...cause betwen 6 and 10 weeks they should of done that and yeah i know it is a waiting game but i got my hopes up to see a baby and a heart beat and was so disappointed by not getting to see anything but a little white stick and a sac....and the one that was doing it wasnt that nice about it all either saying to me that i cant see anything and that she should be able to see heart beat it was like someone put a big heavy bag of cement on my head....sorry for going on and on bout it all ...

I am hoping it all ends well for you Try and stay positive!

During my last pregnancy (that unfortunatley later ended in MC) I had a scan at about 8 weeks and they couldn't see anything with the belly scan so they did an internal one where they could see the heart beat. Supprising they didn't do that straight away for you. I don't find that most doctrors are vey sympatethic to worries in early pregnancy

i'd certantly go and ask for a internal scan hun they wil lbe able to see more then a external one
