Need advice for pulled stomach muscle

Wanting to know if anyone had any advice for easing pain of pulled stomach muscles. Managed to pull them yesterday from being constantly sick and now it hurts to move. Have been taking paracetamol but if anyone has any advice on how to ease the pain that would be great. Thanks in Advance. xx

Chance would be a fine thing today Husband is at work today and there is no way my 2 would play nicely upstairs if i was to have a bath lol. Might try that before bed tho xx
