steak fried with red wine, creme frache, onions and mushrooms all together in the pan, then fat fry fresh potatoes cut into circles, and boiled asparagus in a seperate dish with a little butter and herbs over them.

Serve up and drizzle sauce from pan over steak and put onions and mushrooms on top of steak...looks nice on the plate and tastes gorgeous!!
