need a cheap car seat

Does anyone know where i can get a cheap forward facing carseat from. I cant seem to find any for less than £50 and wanted to spend a lot less

Dont wanna spend alot because we dont drive but my friends keep offering to take us places for the day and i cant squeeze Reece into his baby one anymore so it'd be handy to have one.

We have one on offer at the moment... Was £54.99, now £36.99 - i knew nothing about this offer so would assume its an internet only offer.
