Im having this weird feeling where Im super nauseos, threw up a little today and on and off during the entire day it feels like something is just about to come up (Ive felt it start to come up to and then swallowed it, a bit gross :P). Im more nauseous this time around than with my first, I would never throw up! But yeah, even though Im nauseos Im still hungry, somehow, its super werid. But at the same time I cant think of anything I want to eat since Im scared Ill just throw it up haha. Any advice on what to eat?

Really hope this nausea doesnt get worse, but Im only 4 weeks along so it just might.

I seemed to live on carrots and cucumber and bread sticks for a good few weeks when my nausea was at its worst !

Toast helped me, I tried every thing ginger that didn’t help xx

Salt and vinegar crisps - someone on here suggested it and it worked for me.

I used to eat salt and vinegar crisps too.

I like the idea of carrot sticks.

This is me right now too! I feel so sick most of the day and have no idea what to eat! Today all I fancied was salted Doritos and a refresher chew bar! Oh and lots of Fanta lemon! Other than that I’m really struggling and dreading going back to work tomorrow!

I am living off of filled pasta and toast. Anything carby, beige and bland seems to help. It goes down well and helps you feel full... for a couple of hours! I have a greedy bean too!

Whatever you fancy? Maybe have some snacks around so you can have something when the feeling comes Xx

Rice cakes work for me, white bread with butter too, and I like constantly having tictacs too; that helped me through several meetings at work.
