Nasal Congestion!

Anyone suffering badly?
any tips
Feel so congested esp at night
have always used Otrivine before pregnancy (have always been a congested person) and dropped down to childrens otrivine when got BFPand have tried to use it as little as possible - but still relying on it a little too much i think
tried to go cold turkey and caved !!
read some reviwes that not much testing has been done on otrivine / then read one saying it contracts the blood vessels in nose minimising the amount absorbed, meaning it stays pretty local ( which made me feel bit better) but dont want to rely on it
was going to try steaming/ or a saline spray
any advice from other blocked up ladies

Hey hun don't really suffer with this but if u feel really bad then you can always ask ur doctor if there is anything that he can prescribe for you which is safe for LO xxx

hey hun i saw in the boots mag that they do a nasal spray thats suitable for pregnant ladies now, maybe have a look in there, its there own brand stuff i think. xx
