Just a quickie - Naomi has really bad nappy rash this last week or so, but it's different to the normal spots - these are filled with what seems to be liquid, some look like really sore infected acne - ie white pus filled pimples. She has been really cross too.
I'm wondering - could she be coming down with chickenpox and just have a rash on her bum? I've never seen nappy rash like this before.
Are there different types of nappy rash? Is there anything I can use to dry that area up a bit, without using talcum?I've been keeping her as clean as possible, no wipes, just water, and using barrier cream but it's not doing much apart from soothing the redness away.
Any ideas?
