Nappy Rash - update It's Thrush:-(

Kaira has the worst nappy rash ever. Everytime I take her nappy off she's scratching at it and now it's stated to bleed I think it's a combination of everything - teething, this rotten stomach bug (which I know is bad because I was praying for death for most of last night) I've tried every cream, lotion and potion there is and it makes no difference. I've got a doctors appointment at 12.20 - is there anything different that they will be able to give her?

Yep, it's thrush poor thing neither wonder she's grumpy. Between that and her stomach bug she's not having the best 7 month birthday

i dont no if theres anything they can give her but i do hope it clears up soon for her, bless.
Have you tried nappy of time lettin some air get to it??

yeah, she get's nappy off time every day - doesn't seem to make any difference.

My LO had the most awful nappy rash last week, a friend recommended metanium directly on the bum and then sudocream over the top of the metanium. it cleared up immediately - even though I'd used both creams independently previously it didn't work until I'd used them both together.

I have heard cornflour works really well, but I haven't tried it.
