I have the Samsung Soul....

I didnt really want it..
I had the Samsung G600 on contract...
It broke and they took it away..
Couldnt fix it and didnt have a new one in stock

So sent me the Soul one instead...

Like kellyannlyle said its a bit chunky...
But the phone is good

i thought the soul was a bit big when it is open. i think its between n95 and secret, oh has tocco so dont want same!

oh shame your OH has the Tocco, thats what i have & i like it, even though i prob dont know half of what its capable of coz i onlt text on it!

I don't have the black 8gb nokia but I do have a nokia N95, the silver one and I love it The camera on it is great, it does everything I want/need it to and I don't find the battery life that bad tbh

I have never had Samsung soul phone but after having 3 other samsung phones in the past which were all crap I would never go for a samsung phone again!

I got the LG Secret and I just couldnt get on with it, the touch screen part was really tricky and I kept ending up pressing the wrong buttons. I think I was to quick for it if you know what I mean.

I sent it back and got the Nokia N95 8gb and I think its fantastic. The camera is brilliant and the phone is so easy to use. I find the battery life ok to be honest. Another problem with the Secret was that the battery just died with no warning. It would go from being 2 bars to dead in a couple of minutes, the phone didnt even beep at you to tell you it was about to die.

I really wouldnt recommend the Secret but I am a Nokia girl anyway

i like the nokia, its quite simple to use also. i like the soul but the only problem i have found with ppl who ave them is you cant turn off the t9 dictionary permantly you have to do it everytime you want to write a message so if you dnt like using t9 then it could get annoying!

I would go with the nokia but im a nokia girl, they are always easy to use and ive always had them and never had any problems with them.... ive just got the nokia 6500 slide and im in love with it!

Ewan has the N95, he likes it but the battery life on it is rubbish. He has to charge it everyday, sometimes twice a day if he has used his phone a lot. My dad also got the n95 but he returned it 2 days later as he couldn't work it out, but that is just my dad! He likes his mobiles to be simple!

I don't know about the other mobiles, I have the Samsung K660i.

I had alot of probs with nokia in the past and working for Orabge get alot of negatives about them.

really is down to personal choice though obviously.
whatever you get you will spend days getting used to it hahaha

DO NOT get the n95 i had one and its CRAP


kept crashing - battery was complete pants... and its huge...


i have an LG at the mo, not the secret, but the viewty...


i love the viewty, ive dropped it thrown it etc and it still works...good battery life too..


highly recommend LG..

is it very good? i've heard a lot of bad reports about the touch buttons being 'slow' and unresponsive. what do you like about it?

i find the touch buttons ok the only thing i did find at first was when u touch the middle key sometimes if u have long nails they touch the touch pad and brings stuff up u dont want. it is sensitive but i like it and u get used to it. I think the touch pad is quite fast and very responsive. I woulld go into a mobile shop and maybe ask for a demo.

for same reasons as Lozzi says. They freeze up all the time, battery is useless, the camera is supposed to be 5megapixel but its worse than the camera on Sony Erricson K800 which is a 3.2 megapixel and its a brick. There are so many better phones out there
