Ive been told i should take this by another forum since i have been ttc for now 10mths and am obese. Not ganna lie, i am! And because i am obese i have pcos / insulin tendencies..
Before people comment please be aware i Ovulate pretty regually (15-18) and at the moment have a steady 30 day cycle down from 34 days...
Just like some advice. How would i know if my egg quality is crap and not good enough for baby making? Would this supplement help with it?
Please any advice. Thanks :)

I would look more at your diet, try googling the ketogenic diet, it regulates my cycle with pcos. It also reverses insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. I’ve heard of inositol, it works a bit like metformin x

Heyya yeh i looked into diet and reducing sugar as much as i can!! Made lots small changes i am / have been loosing weight. I dont believe i have pcos i think its a thing that someones deciding to say on a forum i been on as because no baby yet & fat!

I have pretty level cycles and O around same time etc.. i mean i believe if you looked at all my cycles id look pretty good / healthy.

However i wouldnt know if egg health is good enough & have no idea how i would know either! And i have no idea what else it can be other then me and egg health etc...
:(

Same person advised me not to have grapefruit juice anymore as it is too sugary.. so nervous again!

Does conceive plus actually help sperm get where it needs to or hinder?

Anything you can do to improve your health will do the same for your egg health. I’m not sure If there is any way of testing egg health to be honest.
I have heard positive things about conceive plus :) I haven’t heard that it’s a hindrance before x

Hey :)

If I was you I'd take a trip to the doctors before jumping in and taking any medications/herbal treatments. Typically the gp won't interfere before you've been ttc for 12 months, however, if you get a kind doc there are tests they can run. Specifically 3 blood tests that can indicate egg quality/quantity they are basal FSH, estradiol and AMH tests... They combine these results, and should be able to get an idea of egg reserve and quality.

Hope this helps and good luck xx

I'd just go on a low carb diet, keto is hard to maintain if you stay around 20 to 40g of carbs a day. You lose weight really fast but I was never able to maintain my keto state since sometimes you just have to eat a meal which you didn't prep yourself. I hated asking people to make a separate dish when the OH and I were invited. He never blinked an eye but I felt bad for making the host have more work in the kitchen because I was on a diet. Low carb is easier and a bit more forgiving!
