My sons belly button (pease reply)

My 11 month old son has a weird belly button sometimes it looks like an outy and sometimes it looks like a small pea maybe a growth im unsure cos my daugter has an inny do outy belly buttons feel like that?

I'm not sure hun but I wonder if it could be a little hernia? If your worried ask your HV or GP to take a look
