He has to have an operation in his pee pee soon 
He was born with deformed genitals and my sister took him to see the consultant this week. We all thought he had a really tiny willy (its about the size and shape of a malteaser- sorry the only thing I could think to compare it too 
) but it turns out that it is bigger than that but his ball bag is attached some way up it making it look a lot smaller than it is. He has a cyst, his pee hole is in the wrong place and his foreskin is on backwards too. It is going to take 2 ops over the next 6 months but the good news is when its healed it will look pretty normal
