My partner has gone so lazy

My fiance Paul has been out of work 12 months now and has gone so lazy. I cook,clean and do all the money sorting and food shopping i feel so alone

Sorry to hear you have to do everyhting, not nice at the best of times let alone when you're 7 months pregnant! Tell him to get off his backside and help.
Does he give any reasons why he can't help you or get a job?
