Bloody typical

I have 2 micro sterilisers & neither fit in the micro....raging.....I just assumed they'd fit. Took 1 of them out tonight to sterilise dummy's to take to the hospital. I'm beyond raging, its a decent microwave we've got too....grrrrr

:mad::mad:

OH has just had to go online & spend £40 on a plug in steriliser. We went for the same as we had with 1st as it was reliable.

:mad::mad:

I was worried this might happen as our microwave is fairly small inside so I just went for the electric version as it was on a half price offer in Boots :)

I haven't thought of that! Will be testing mine this weekend!

Oh no! Weve got a plug in one but even if we went for a micro one I would have been like u and assumed it would fit!

We had this issue but luckily were planning on getting a new microwave anyway........hope u get it sorted easily hun xxx

oooooh get checking ladies!!

I've packed it all off to go to my parents, if it fits theirs they can keep it at their house for when we're there.

New steriliser is being delivered in 3 days or something, if baby comes b4 then we'll just use cold water sterilising & sterilising tabs.

Who'd have bloody thought it eh! Bloody useless thing! Got a good mind to complain to the company and say....WTF useless twats.

:roll:

Yeh, it's not good......they should make them more generic or at least make it more obvious that u should check the size!

Good thinking to give it to your parents for when you're there tho xx

When I had my 1st, they took her overnight once every 2 months & every sunday from 11-7, so they bought a cheap micro one & it was great not having to worry about bottles ect being made up. I was always going to give them one of my sterilisers anyway, coz I had 2.

Oh no my auntie and uncle have bought bottles and a microwave sterilizer for us and they still have it at theirs. Will have to ask for it earlier just to make sure it fits. I hope it does :/ x
