I went to lunch today in Leigh Meet these mums. Having a nice time all sat down their were only three high chairs so three of the mums used them and me and this other girl didn't, kacy was walking around (i don't let her go far and she likes saying hiya to every body) all of a sudden she feel over right next to the high picked up (Didn't think anything of it at first she is always falling over) all of a sudden their was blood everywhere, Their is a metal bar and her tooth had gone half way through her lip.

So now my poor little girl looks like she has been in the wars and has a fat lip.

She was feeling so sorry for her self, she wouldn't let me put ice on it or anything, i have just left it for now and going to try and put something on it tomorrow, Whats the best thing to put on it so it heals quicker better, nothing that isn't going to sting much.

My Oh said to put bonjela on it what do you lot think?

My dad told me to put vaserline on it what do you lot think?

Thanks

I don't think I would put anything on it apart from maybe some ice(in a food bag wrapped in a tea towel or something) to stop it from swelling.

Also if it is quite bad it might be worth seeing a Doctor as it could get infected if it is on the inside of the mouth with all of the bacteria in the mouth.

i dont think bonjela or vaseline wud really do much, as Gemz said i wud try the ice
aww hope shes ok

Thanks everybody for the replys, i did try the ice straight after she did it but she just wanted a big hug, so she wouldn't let me near it with the ice.

It had gone down by the next day a hell of a lot, and now she just has a blister inside her mouth where her tooth went in, which i have tried to put bonjela on it (a little bit) but she wouldn't let me.

My child is stubborn

bonjella might make it sting, not sure, just keep an eye on it so it doesnt get infected, but it should heal up ok on its own, poor kacy xxx
