My last day at work will miss my little monkey pre-schoolers

I had lovely last day at work the kids where so excited as a lot of them had bought me personal pressies for Collier had where on hyper mood all day desperate for me to open the gifts THE LITTLE SWEETIES


This one i recived from one of the boys in my group he dos'nt come to Nursery on a Friday so gave this to me on his last day Wednesay
he was soooooooo excited for me to arrive at the start of my shift and was jumping up and down on his chair as i opened the pressie he looked so chuffed with himself and had a huge grin on his face as i gave him a hug and said i loved it
awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

Most of the kids in the pre-school groups made me individual cards so cute of them they kept dissapearing out of the room though out the day with another member of staff
one of them came back and said ive just been making something that im not allowed to tell you its a secret
UMMMMM i wonder what that was

at 3 o'clock all the kids and staff at the Nursery gathered in the biggest room and sang 'Goodbye to you' and 'good luck to you't o me then gave me the SECRET cards and pressies

Some gifts from individual kids and from the staff
I got sooooooo much stuff i was so emotional
all the kids took it in turns to come up and give me hugs and looked all chuffed as i opened thier pressies
i was so wow and about leaving but also about it too.

One of the kids pipped up with this little bit of info he wanted to share with the Nursery
I THINK BABIES COME OUT OF YOUR EYE!!!!! WILL YOUR COLLIER COME OUT OF YOU EYES SARAH??? OR IS IT THE BUM I THINK ITS THE BUM!!
(This is the managers kid by the way) she looked like she didnt know whether to laugh or burry her head in embarrasment

And the best one of all is one of the staff had remembered me talking about this black and white cot/ book that id been trying to buy on ebay but the price kept going to high

and here it is

it made me cry as i was so pleased and touched by this lovely thought into the gifts the staff had got for my Collier


As the rest of the day prgressed and the children began to go home saying goodbye to them especially those in my Badger group was so emotional lots of big hugs and kises from the kids as they left

awwww im gonna miss the little monkies
and ive been told a million time i HAVE to bring Collier in the meet everyone as soon as he's born the kids are so excited to meet him they have been with my thoughout the last 8 months and have taken a great interest in my growing bump and what i've been going though
they all say they love my Collier


im getting all emotional writing this
but in a happy way 8)

what a lovely way to leave to go on maternity, seems like they, kids and staff really think alot of you and you will be really missed. I used to be a teacher and remember when I left how emotional I got.
Whenever you get down hold the thought of today and how much people appreciate you and will miss you.

Awwww-how lovely!! You must have some lovely work colleagues and LO's-and they obviously think a lot of you to make such an effort-bet they'll miss you!!
