Its been weeks now and it still isn't right. I think im going to have to cave in and go back to my GP. Is there anything he can suggest to help? Im not due to see my MW till the 3rd of november.

As soon as ive got the spare cash im buying a bump support (or does anyone know if i get my GP to refer me to the physco at the hospital if that is something i can get there?) Ive found out i get swimming at the pool across the road from me free through work so im going to start going swimming once, maybe twice a week to try and get it moving, but in a way that doesn't stress it (if you catch my drift). When im at work, i try and get up and around as much as i can instead of sitting there all day.

Its a weird pain. It starts at the top of my hip bone, and shoots down the inside of my left leg, and slightly across my back. sometimes i will be fine, and others i can't walk without looking like ive got something shoved up my arse :rotfl: :rotfl: .

I can sympathise as I get all sorts of aches and pains when I walk, but find a nice gentle enjoyable walk (ie round the woods with my dog) actually loosens my hips and makes my hip and back pain much better - its strange as if I walk for an hour around the supermarket I am in so much pain, but can walk for 2 miles with my dog with no real problem - maybe its because I dont keep stopping?

I would think swimming would be ideal, as it supoprts the body, but also know if you have SPD then breast stroke is supposed to be a no go!

I recently bought the 3M maternity support off ebay, and its fantastic, not the comfiest thing to wear, but makes a huge difference to my aches and pains.

Hope you get it sorted out soon.....
