I wanted to ask what's the best present to give her, her baby or for both?

I would say the wonder weeks book, a sling (cot 2 tot is a good price), a scrapbook for memories or put together a useful hamper of things she might not have like a nasal aspirator, Calpol, sudocrem, teetha etc. And get her some chocolates or something for her.

Or a photo album for all the photos she's going to take, or even a voucher for photobox or something to get a canvas done.
