My body is so cruel!!

The day before my due date, I would LOVE a due date baby..

I had these weird disgusting (TMI warning) eggy tasting burps all last night and this morning, despite yesterday only eating chicken nuggets and chips, and a ham sandwich later. Nothing warranted this horrible taste. DH woke me at 5ish wanting to DTD and I obliged, I felt ok at this point, however he didn't finish. We still went at it for about 10-15mins tho. I then fell asleep.

Then since about 7 I had really bad stomach pains to the point I was moaning out slightly, then it was accompanied by a REAL urge to be sick (I haven't actually vomited, however I do have an unusually strong stomach and have only vomitted about 2 or 3 times in my life since childhood)

The stomach pain has gone/is very dull now and I still feel pretty sick bit like I might be able to get back to sleep and try an sleep this off.

If I google my symptoms all that comes up is 'early signs of labour', but I just know I'll be absolutely fine in a few hours and I'll be very disappointed again

Mines the same...I get some tightenings with pains and then nothing! It's not fun!

I've been the same on and off for 2 weeks and despite 2 sweeps there is still no sign of this baby !.... Being induced Friday. Good luck just hope it's the real thing for you

Thank you ladies! I can officially say my adulthood vomiting count just jumped up lol. I feel a little better for getting it out though. Guess I'll wait it out now and see if anything else happens :/

Bet I'm gonna be right as rain now... Disappointing!!! x

I so hope sickness isn't one of my labour signs. I'm useless at being sick, wrapping myself round the loo sobbing my heart out that I want to die lol

Haha you'll be fine! -I must admit I was a little pathetic, hunched over my bowl, tears down the face, resisting the urge to grab my mobile and tell DH to come home right now! Lol. It's only a bit of sick! I have a feeling it's not the last of it though but I shall cope! Everything is crossed that this is a hint that labour is close by and maybe I get a little due date baby by tomorrow

I dunno why we would get sickness before labour, whether it's a hormone surge or part of the clear out but either way it sucks lol

Haha trust me if I wasn't such a desperate woman I would have! Unfortunately he has been withholding so I took what I could get lol.

Well I managed an hour and a half sleep, no more pain as such and no more nausea or sickness but now rushing to the bathroom for the other end! Someone could easily argue my body is having a 'clear out'... Trying not to get excited!
